“Have used this UPS store for our virtual mailbox for over three years. They are so great to work with and very helpful. Never missed a day of mail forwarding. I can call and ask if any mail looks important or not and have mail forwarded earlier. This has worked great for us. Only caveat is mail forwarding is a bit pricey (like $25 each time) but other than that we are very happy with the service provided at the Castro Street Mountain View location.”
