The quality of the chairs is much higher than the big names like Herman Miller, Steelcase, and Haworth. Those big companies have the capital to produce products quickly and invest in the most modern e-commerce solutions, but they miss the most important component which is to make great chairs. The smaller companies may not have the fanciest website, but the quality and value of their chairs is much higher. “Prompt response and great service! We had an old copier at office which consistently had issues. We called Genesis Copiers; Charles came the same day and quickly diagnosed the problems and provided us several options. Everything was explained clearly and straightforwardly. We ended up taking his suggestion and bought a used copier, which was returned from a short-lease. A new copier was delivered and installed the very next day. Not only was I was impressed with the honesty and efficiency, but also with the time Charles spent to explain to our people on how the copier works and how some of common issues occur and can be avoided. Absolutely supreme service! I would strongly recommend Genesis Copiers if you look for a great and dependable service for your copiers.”

We are a separate much smaller organization. CG Incorporated generously donated two copiers. As a small organization with limited funds we could not afford to purchase these copiers. The woman helping me managed to help me see samples of my print, offered her opinion and suggestions on paper styles, all while helping another woman print ( in another language) and helping another gentleman print large print items.
