I took a friend’s ring here to be resized. I think they did a good job on that, and it fit my friend’s hand quite well. But after I paid, out of curiosity I asked if they could check for my ring size. They refused and told me to come back when I’m ready to buy. Obviously I did not go back.

Brenda spent over an hour with me, helping me to decide which pieces were worth appraising and explaining some of the arcana of selling gold. She even cleaned several pieces and identified some stones. She couldn't have been kinder or more helpful.
