“I took my car into Jiffy Lube in Mountain View last Friday and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. They took my car very quickly and turned it around within like 20 minutes or less. And included synthetic oil change as well as an air filter. They were very nice guys working there and they were pleasant and very confident. I would recommend highly.”
“Edrick and the whole team at this location are tru professionals who will not try to rip you off. They have a free tire check station and usually can book for a tire repair or replacement online within a day (depending on your type of tire). They have a new point of sale system that may or may not send you a text to alert you when your car is ready. Most people just hang out in their lobby or go for a long walk in the neighborhood behind it while waiting. Note to all who haven’t visited this area of Palo Alto, it can be a cell phone dead zone. They have wifi in the lobby but I cant say if it works or not since I went home while they were working on my car and came back later. They are a very popular spot so be sure to book ahead if possible!”
“came here a few weeks ago, called ahead to see if they had the oil i needed for my car, the guy was very very kind and grabbed the last two and held them behind the counter for me. double checked i knew how to add the oil and check my oil levels, offered his help and a few paper towels, and didn’t charge me until i knew if i needed both of them (i only needed one). then he let me wash my hands in the employee back room because i had oil on my hands and they had the good mechanic hand soap that gets the oil off really easy. not only that all the guys in the shop were very kind to me as well. definitely will come back here if i need to get work done on my car or when i need more oil. lovey workers here”
