“Say Ray is wonderful! They fix your car and explain what they're doing. They never look down on you if you're not so savvy about cars or if your car happens to be 20 years old. I always feel confident about taking my car here because I know they're honest and they don't try to sell you anything you don't need.
The garage looks like it was originally a house. It's in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. I HIGHLY recommend to everyone to take their car there. But please leave an appointment for me. ;)
I did, however, have to call back and apologize for the state of my car when they pulled the seat back to be able to moved it. (I'm vertically challenged so they don't want to drive with their knees in their faces) I was HORRIFIED to see what was under the driver's side seat and immediately took my car to a carwash where I washed it and vacuumed it out. I will now be adamant about taking care of my car. OMG”

“Edrick and the whole team at this location are tru professionals who will not try to rip you off. They have a free tire check station and usually can book for a tire repair or replacement online within a day (depending on your type of tire). They have a new point of sale system that may or may not send you a text to alert you when your car is ready. Most people just hang out in their lobby or go for a long walk in the neighborhood behind it while waiting. Note to all who haven’t visited this area of Palo Alto, it can be a cell phone dead zone. They have wifi in the lobby but I cant say if it works or not since I went home while they were working on my car and came back later. They are a very popular spot so be sure to book ahead if possible!”
