Amazing people and the girl with the Pink and Blue hair is always helpful and knowledgeable and just a kind person. Wish all the stores were like this.

Great customer service, the in house Starbucks is a plus. Employees are very polite and professional. From my experience it's better than all the other Barnes and Noble book stores in other areas. Best in the AV and Santa Clarita.
