“I have been a loyal customer for Tmobile for a while now and it is time for me to get a new phone. I stopped by to trade in my 5 year old phone. Battery is dying on me. When I came in, Sale associates were busy tending clients but they still have time to greet and welcome customers who come in the door. They told me to wait and someone will tend to me shortly. Brayan - the sales associate approached me and asked what I was there for. I told him the purpose of my visit, (to trade in my phone) then he mentioned the colors and he gave me time to decide. It was easy for me to decide since I already have a color in mind. I told Brayan I wanted the iPhone 15 Pro Max in natural Titanium with 256 GB. Brayan checked the back and they have it in stock. Yay Brayan gave me the details on the trade in ($100 for an iPhone XR) and although I was dismayed, I went thru with the transaction. I paid my due then Brayan helped me out in setting up my new iPhone especially in transferring the data from the old phone to the new one. He even helped me in putting the screen protector and phone case on the new phone. Great!! I left with a Happy face and satisfaction.”

“I needed a few capacitors for a quick repair, not only did they have some in stock but Juan was extremely helpful. He was not pushing for a sale & was very informative. I was very satisfied with my experience & purchase. The capacitors didn't fix my problem but that was on me. As for the help they gave me they get 5 stars for excellent customer service. Thank You.”

Additionally, unless you require in person tech assistance or do not have access to wifi, recommend tech assistance to include new phone updates be conducted at home since store wifi is public and shared by multiple users.”

“My daughter and I love Target ? This is one of the places we go to for our Mommy Daughter Dates together. My daughter always asks me to take her to target, I just wish I had more GIFT CARDS for her. Because my 6yr. old likes to use the cards like her own debit card (Independent Virgo).? Thks location is always clean when we visit even the bathroom. And oh let me not forget the Starbucks ✨ ☕ it keeps mommy happy as well. The one inside target has very nice and kind employees as well. Over all 14/10 for us always. ”
