“The process renting a car at the Palm Springs Airport went fairly well. The car I thought I was getting (a Toyota Camry) wasn’t what was offered. I was told I was getting a KIA Soul. Then when the car arrived the desk clerk offered me a Ford Escape as the KIA didn’t have Sirius XM radio. I was glad to get the escape as I would be driving from PSP to Duluth Mn, 2200 miles! Unfortunately, the Sirius radio must not have been activated because the only channel that came in was the one channel that runs a continuous loop to get people to subscribe to Sirius XM radio.
I paid for the radio but didn’t get to enjoy it. Luckily my son was able to patch his phone into the car and we listened to “his music” all the way cross country.
I’m hoping I will be reimbursed Alamo for being charged for something that didn’t work.
Everything else with the vehicle and process was fine.”

“I rented a car for about a week while mine was in the shop. Staff are very friendly and made the rental process fast and easy. Price was excellent and I got to drive a hybrid EV car which was excellent on gas. I would definitely go back to them if I need a rental car in the future”

“Always willing to help and quick to help if there is an issue. I’ve always had great luck with the cars I’ve rented and I’m usually upgraded if a car is available. My last rental I had some minor mechanical issues and when I returned the car, a large amount of my cars fee was deducted as a sign of good faith and being a loyal customer. When searching for cars, type "Eugene Rd Palm Springs" location and you'll get a listing of much cheaper car rental prices!”

“Recently rented a car in Palm Springs and rental car area was packed with no one at the National Counter for 15 minutes upon my arrival. People were getting frustrated. Nick M. finally came back to the counter and was very courteous, patient with the customers that had been waiting and took care of business in a timely and professional manner. Great job Nick! Alex was equally professional and courteous when we dropped the car off a couple days later. Hope to see them both again when we are back!”
