“I toured a studio building in July 2023, right after Wonderdog Management took over. I was hesitant after reading past reviews, but hands-down this was the cleanest apartment I have ever toured! And the new Managers, Tina and Sarah, are awesome! I totally want to live in this building, but the studio was wayyy overpriced - the smallest, yet most expensive one I saw in Palm Desert area (around 250 sf). The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the studio was overpriced compared to similar units at other buildings. Location can't be beat, right in the center of Palm Springs shopping and restaurants. I love that there is a pool, parking, and most importantly - Casa Palmeras is pet friendly. If a 1 bdrm opens up in the near future, I will jump on it!”

“If you're looking for a great place to lease, La Ventana apartments is definitely worth considering. The neighbors are very kind, Alissa is extremely helpful and easy to work with, and the management team is top-notch. I have no complaints and would highly recommend this property to anyone.”
