“I stopped by here to ask a simple question regarding putting a trickle charger on a stored vehicle and they quickly and graciously answered my question. I had previously stopped by another Mercedes repair shop and their answer was Google it (which I had done but had a concern) but they took more time to give my attitude then it would have taken to answer the question - which took under a minute. I brought my Nissan Rogue to AG Auto Care after the overhead console suddenly fell down—likely due to heat and poor design, as confirmed by the service department at Torre Nissan.
Both Torre Nissan and Palm Springs Nissan quoted me $350 just to replace the unit! Mind you, this is for a part that likely shouldn’t have failed in the first place.
Thankfully, AG Auto Care stepped in. They were honest, helpful, and handled the issue quickly without charging me an outrageous amount. I truly appreciate their integrity and willingness to help when the dealership wouldn’t.

“We called Break Master’s and Gary came right over with some new rotors and brake pads and he fixed our car very quickly and now they work perfectly, what else can I say he saved us a ton of hassle going to the big dealerships, came right to our house, was polite and courteous and did a great job. Do yourself a favor and stop wasting extra $$$ on dealerships who do the job, but pay inexperienced kids to do the job who make mistakes and make you wait for hours AND DRIVE TO THEM, when you could have a professional with decades of experience do it and for AND for cheaper. No brainer. Have faith in Gary and his crew, they do a great job ?”
