“An excellent hardware store and larger than you might expect for a small town. Excellent selections of garden and farm supplies plus all the tiny items for repairing windows and doors. We needed some very small screws to fix our RV trailer and they had just what we needed with excellent staff support to find the needed parts.”
“This is a great place for tools at a reasonable price as everyone knows,the employees are friendly and helpful the only problem I have is not with the store but the credit company that they have they suck”
“Big shout out to Benji and Angela for helping me out after having a terrible morning, woke up to go to work, stopped for a snack, came outside my ladder was gone, I’d sit and cry about it but most likely a homeless guy smoked the damn thing before I could report it stolen. Benji and Angela took their time to help me out and was really friendly from the moment I walked in and the moment I walked out. Definitely shopping at this location again under different circumstances. 5 stars to both of you! ????”
“Walked past the green eggs and was not sure how they worked. Rod was so kind in explaining and I was sold. Unfortunately I have to wait to buy since I just bought a griddle. Wish i would have met rod before. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He goes above and beyond with the customers . He deserves a pay raise!!! Awesome experience. The 5 stars are for rod!”

“This place has everything a good imagination can use. Fernando who works outside organizing and sorting all the stuff they receive, is an absolute jewel, he is very helpful, cordial making every visit much easier. He knows what they have and where everything is kept. I give 5 out of 5”
“1. They have what you need .2. Employees come to you to help.3. Fast,efficient, knowledgeable . 4. Price ? You get what you pay for !!Case in point : bought 2ea. 2x12 PT boards at 12 ft. At Home Depot ( 7 min. From home . They did not have2x12s at 14 ft. So I had to drive to Big Creek (45 min.) to get them .Home Depot boards had a brownWash slathered on that wiped off all over my gloves,tee shirt ,arms . Washed off with just water . and no preservative ( copper sulphate) visible.Big Creeks ? Dark black/brown stainWith copper sulphate smear all over the board especially in the soft grain .Get what you pay for !! Will get back in two years to let you know which boards rotted out ,Depot vs. Big Creek .”
“We ordered a piece of equipment and accessory this morning; it was delivered as ordered hours later. The delivery person was courteous and left the equipment in an easily accessible spot. Props to this company!”

“I was in the other day, and I had to replace a few things in my house from the Pajaro flood I needed some sinks, faucets, vanities, some ceiling fans. things like that. she asked me lots of questions which made it so easy for me to purchase all the things I needed so I wouldn't have to come back for onesie, twoies items. Michelle helped me through my whole shopping process went to parking lot to get a bigger cart even helped me get someone to load my items into my van. This is why I like to shop at the store the customer service is just fantastic. thank you, Home depot and thank you, Michelle”

“I been learning that more often then not ACE has what I need and have what I need when I need it. I don't shop at the big Depot stores any more. They don't compare to ACE HARDWARE”
