All of the staff is very helpful and nice and they know what they are talking about if not the person your talking to they person will get another employee that does. “I went to Home Depot to look for paint but their employees were not knowledgeable. I didn't feel confident with the information that they were giving me, so I left. As I was driving down the road, I noticed Dunn Edwards. I had never heard of them before but I was really impressed with their customer service! When I walked in the employees were busy helping contractors, so they called Isaac out of the back. He was busy mixing paint but dropped what he was doing to come and help me. I was blown away by how knowledgeable Isaac and the rest of his team were. I will definitely be going back for all of my painting needs and I highly recommend them!”

“1. They have what you need .2. Employees come to you to help.3. Fast,efficient, knowledgeable . 4. Price ? You get what you pay for !!Case in point : bought 2ea. 2x12 PT boards at 12 ft. At Home Depot ( 7 min. From home . They did not have2x12s at 14 ft. So I had to drive to Big Creek (45 min.) to get them .Home Depot boards had a brownWash slathered on that wiped off all over my gloves,tee shirt ,arms . Washed off with just water . and no preservative ( copper sulphate) visible.Big Creeks ? Dark black/brown stainWith copper sulphate smear all over the board especially in the soft grain .Get what you pay for !! Will get back in two years to let you know which boards rotted out ,Depot vs. Big Creek .”

“Working on my parents 1/2 bath in Castroville, I didn't realize they had this little gem here in Castroville. I drove to Salinas Home Depot a couple times to get literally one item, then my Mom told me about Ace. This little store has pretty much all your basic needs. The Women here are pretty knowledgeable and taught me and another younger associate a thing or two. I love it! Saves me a 40 minute round trip not including the wandering around the store time.”
