The girl helping me was named Kayla (?) and she was a doll. So helpful, patient and helped find the most affordable option to mail my package. “BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I went to Casita Postal on the recommendation of a UPS location when I told them my fingerprints had been rejected twice already. They said this location is really good and they usually send people here if they have problems. I went in today to see if she could help me. Immediately she tested out my prints and looked over the FBI rejection letter. She had no problems and said I should double check with the FBI before submitting a new application. The FBI service does not take resubmissions and I had already tried paper and the post office. I submitted a new application with the company she uses and showed up a few hours later for my appointment. She handled everything perfectly and I had an acceptance letter before I was even home! If you are having problems come here. She's knowledgeable and she's part of the FBI Channeler network. You will need to go through a third party to submit your application but it will be just as quick.”

I've only done shipping with prepaid labels and dropping off returns, both of which are quick processes, but there's usually no wait or only a few minutes of wait time here, so I'm in and out. The staff is always friendly, too, which is quite rare in service positions around here.
The parking situation is terrible sometimes, I will say that. Still, it's a convenient shipping spot.”

“This is the second time I have sent a box, the first 24x24 and the second time 30x30 and yes it takes more than two months but everything arrives! And in good condition, nothing has broken! Shipping to El Salvador and the truth is that it seems like a good company, it provides good service.! A family member was the first person to send the box and it took the same amount of time! It really does take a while but the box arrives intact and it's up to you to protect the fragile objects. I know that my loved ones receive everything in good condition and complete. It's just a matter of being more patient, the agency cannot control the issue of delay in customs I understand that this is via sea therefore its processes are much slower! The first time I got desperate and I also called and thought things that were not even close. I will continue to recommend Global Cargo.! It seems like a good service to me! The girl who serves is always very friendly and the person who picks up the box is very professional!”
