“My girl, Hazel, is a bully mix that I rescued as a 8-10week old puppy. She had already changed hands 3 times at such a young age. Even at 1.5yrs she was still struggling with confident issues, so I started bringing her into the zoom room agility classes. The classes have really helped to build up her confidence because she has so much fun getting 1:1 time with me, as well as running over, through, and around all of the different stations. I really love seeing her pittie smile. In the level 1&2 class you usually get 2-3 runs, it really depends on class size if you get more. She recently graduated to level 3.”

“Contrast this place with the nearby Petco - they are crowded, understaffed, always a 15 minute wait minimum, limited selections... At Centinela, they have everything you could want (and more,) super chill and helpful staff who seem to be managing the amount of people well, and quick service. Also they always offer to carry the cat litter I'll pick to the register which is cool AF. Thanks for making something as simple as buying pet food super pleasant!”

“Such a great store in Sun Valley. This is a store worth a trip to pickup your pet supplies. A large bag of dog food was $9 cheaper than Amazon. They have such a big variety of pet food, treats and supplies. The owner and staff all provided service with knowledge and smile. I will definitely be returning for all my pet needs.”

1. The staff is very friendly. Luis (Louise) is very knowledgeable about pet products and there's something that he doesn't know, he'll make sure to find the right resource for you.
2. They carry a whole variety of pet items - little fun trinkets and a variety of pet foods... their items cost less compared to other pet stores in SCV.
3. If they don't carry the product you need, they will order it for you and they will have it the next day.

“Stopped by for my dogs birthday this past weekend. Used the self service bath which is great and only $18 and they clean up the mess. Go early to avoid waits but each station has a 30 minute timer. After his bath we shopped around and the staff gave us recommendations on treats and chew toys. Everyone was very friendly.”
“This place has been a lifesaver for the last two years since I adopted my dog. I can always trust that everything has good ingredients (unlike the larger chains like Petsmart and Petco), and the employees are really knowledgable. I always enjoy my conversations with the employees while I'm checking out. I can tell they all really love and care about pets and animals in general. A specific moment that really stood out to me was when I had to buy my dog an e-collar (comfy cone) and was unsure of the size. An employee walked me to the cones and helped me estimate what size I would need even though I didn't have my dog with me. I wish I could support the store more, but once they got rid of the frequent buyer program on my dog's kibble I had to start ordering online since the price no longer made sense. I still come here for treats and toys, but I wish they could bring back that program because I loved coming there every week to buy kibble.”

“I love visiting this store , plenty of options . My personal favorite is the mix grains they have for milking goats , my goats love it they refuse to eat anything else and at a great price too. They often have deals on alfalfa. Friendly staff and the guys loading up your stuff are so kind . If you have any farm animals I suggest you visit here and compare prices , you might just find yourself a better deal .”
