Huge facility. Nowhere does it say that they do not do accept/process fexed envelops, etc. Office stuff was very helpful but no FedEx shipment here. Please mention that in your business info.There are no 24 hrs FedEx shipment within 30 miles radius. Please resume 24hrs shipment in one or two centers at least.

Horrible service. FedEX somehow delivered my properly labeled package to an unknown location. It's now five days later and FedEx has done next to nothing to retrieve this package. I'm going to use UPS in the future.

FedEx CEO makes 13.7 millions/ year. Apparently he does not monitor the service his company is providing. They said the customer put in a vacation hold. I did NO such thing. If you can't deliver on time, please be truthful with your customer.
