I have worked closely with the notary (Vincent) to understand and notarize difficult legal documents. Today I'd like to commend the outstanding service of Josephine, who like a super sleuth, was able to track down my notarized legal docs that hadn't shown up where they were supposed to be sent. I had no receipt, I had no idea how they were sent, I had no idea when they were sent, but Josephine patiently helped me track down, asking pertinent questions, and was able to find my package! It had arrived and been signed for two months ago! Thanks so much Josephine! Keep up the good work.”
