“I recently upgraded my iPhone-not purchased from this location and was having difficulty transferring my old phone to my son. Everything went well, except that I couldn't get the phone to work--no incoming and wasn't able to make any outgoing calls. I came to the location closest to me and was greeted by Padam.After explaining my situation, he wasn't sure if he could help me--I felt he gave me a hint of attitude & said he was only a technician, not sure what that meant. Within 20 minutes, he got the phone working. Despite the initial attitude, the outcome was a fully functioning phone and for that I have to say his service/helpfulness was good.”

Long story short, he was very professional. I had to buy a new phone & he helped me to pick out a new phone very quickly. I cracked the phone face on my old phone (I'm a clutz). I wasn't happy with the picture quality of it,anyhow. Lol... I expressed to him that I wanted the cheapest phone with the best picture quality. He showed me 2 phones & had me set up for my purchase within 5 minutes of our interaction. Great salesperson! Of course the set up takes longer but, I'm giving him commends. He also helped me to pick out the case and a screen saver ASAP. I was wanting to get to the brass & tacks & he was very responsive, intelligent & knowledgeable of all of the products. I'm ? impressed & content. I will definitely be going back to that branch.”

Ed ordered the parts the same day and I picked my phone Up 2 days later looking Brand New! No complaints honest good work here.------------------------------------* Side Note: An Asurion Location subsidiary 'You break I fix' - (Cupertino area) - wanted to charge me a mandatory $50 "Water damage inspection". This was separate from the price of diagnosing the issue Somehow... Yeah Right!!??”

“A huge thank you to KAELYN and ALEJANDRA!! My phone's (Google Pixel 4) apparently getting phased out with the att tower upgrade (complete bs, but whatever), so one day it just stopped being able to receive or make calls. It was weird and frustrating to not be able to use my phone for phone purpose, while everything else still works fine.I went to a downtown location and they couldn't give me a solution beyond telling me to buy a newer phone. This store, at least, was able to troubleshoot it so I can use my phone for longer. How long? Who knows. But I'll enjoy this phone for as long as I can before I'm forced to upgrade it. I definitely feel like the staff here knows their craft more compared to the Downtown location. Once I tell them, they are immediately able to hone in on the issue being related to the IMEI number, then ALEJANDRA did her magic and got it working again. The one downtown called att support line, forced me to wait for almost two hours, without resolving anything. So huge props to the folks here!”

“After a HORRENDOUS experience at Tanforan.. I came here around 8:15pm b/c I added a new phone but the number couldnt transfer and that it'll take 24 hrs? Metro & Tmobile are the same company now. I had a gut feeling something went wrong.My moms # is so important b/c my brother is disabled and all his appointments/therapy is connected to that # she's had for 30+ years. So I jst called T-Mobile @ Serramonte just to ease my mind. They checked on the transfer and they told me there was an error and the worker should've checked. At 8:15pm I rushed to the Serramonte store to try to fix it. I was GRACIOUSLY helped by Anthony.. upon checking my account San Bruno Tmobile (tanforan location) added two tablet lines after I already told her no. The tmobile expert Anthony graciously helped me through it all.. taking off the 2 tablet lines I never got, transferred the metro # that took minutes. Anthony helped me get all this on the phone with two people at the same time. So Anthony THANK YOU!! You were so helpful and transparent!!”
