Tallis is a very kind and warm individual who is willing to help! Knowledgeable on products and takes her time explaining what they are useful for. She is a great team member to Pet Food Express company :) Sassy and I thank her very much for all the goodies she recommended.

The staff here is always incredibly helpful AND knowledgeable. Pricing is on the higher side with their high-end brands. They do have a doggie wash area but that has become expensive at $18!!! I think it would only be worth it if you have a very hairy dog, a big dog or a combo of the 2.

Tallis was very knowledgeable and very helpful. We told her what we needed and she explained everything in layman terms. Tallis mentioned there's puppy training so we can't wait for Jax to get all his shots. Thanks Tallis!
