“Somewhat overpriced dishes. But I get it. It is - Los Angeles. Everything is expensive here. I got oysters- the smallest ever I had seen and way not too fresh… so no that next time. Soup - was tasty but portion was small that makes you regret you even paid for it. View is great! Location is great. Owner is very down to earth and welcoming. Parking. When we got there and told them we her to eat we were charged 15$. If we were just enjoying the view then 7$. So a a tip - do not say you are for the restaurant. Enjoy few minutes the view and the go to eat ;). After taking to the owner he said it is set by the city. So the question - how stupid the clerk is to charge the people that will spend 100$+ to eat and pay taxes as well as the restaurant? They should cherish the business as it brings cash flow and money by paying taxes but not choking them and visitor double price for parking. I was very angry to find out that some people that came to look at ocean and brought no profit to the city had to pay less then us supporting restaurant and workers there. Shame on the stupid clerk!!! Stop smoking pot before creating laws!”

Alex is a highly professional stylist who only works at this location one week per month, and his schedule is always fully booked. I was fortunate today to find an available time slot with Alex. “The Santa Monica Pier feels like a lawless land. It's always a little crazy with hordes of people with selfie sticks, vendors selling all sorts of tourist stuff, rides that I have never been on, and of course a lovely view of the ocean. As a resident of the general area, I would never go here regularly but it is a quintessential place to see.”

“Great place to have a birthday party! Just had a birthday party here for almost 50 people. Jenny the party organizer was very communicative and the rest of the staff (Desiree, Giselle, Brian) were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated that you get the whole venue to yourself, there is ample validated self-parking for guests, and multiple staff members are present to help during your event with face-painting, tattoos, dance party, and bubbles. I was initially attracted to the venue because of the variety of themes available. It was amazing to be able to actually enjoy my kid's party without stressing over set up and clean up. The food (salad and pizza) was brought from Marco's Pizza, which was a nice delicious surprise. I also liked that basic beverages were provided, and that we were able to drop off certain non-perishable items during the week before the party. There were nice bathrooms on-site that unfortunately had some plumbing issues, though. Most importantly, my child and party guests had a great time and I was grateful to make special memories with my family.”

“I took my daughter to Ball N Bounce for her first birthday. The staff was amiable and helpful; they walked us through the process and showed us the facility. It's a small facility, but you can only expect a little since it's in an expensive area. One of the most important things I like is cleanliness; their staff was on top, cleaning the top surface, and everything was organized and in its place. I will take my daughter back since she had a lot of fun.”

“This is one of the easier to find Halls at UCLA. It's more centralized and somehow has a classy feeling inside and out. The podium, projector, and mic makes it easy to hear professors. The seats are easy to navigate and pretty spacious. My favorite part are the huge, huge gorgeous windows in the auditorium and super high ceilings. It's just a lovely place I'm sure students will look back fondly on.”

“We'd visited this space several times over the years during El Segundo Art Walk and always thought what a great place to have a party, so when my husband wanted to celebrate his 60th birthday in style, this was the place! With the stage already set up for a DJ and/or band, and a great space for dancing, bar and room for dining at the back, who could ask for more? Our party was a great success in no small party thanks to Michael, who couldn't have been more helpful.”

“The venue was incredible, it was at the Skirball Cultural Center in Los Angeles. The staff was very kind, and helpful.Orchid String Quartet was incredible. Sent literal chills down my spine, and even cried a little during several sets. Candlelight events by Fever usually last about 1hour (ish) which goes by real fast, but I guess you can’t have too much of a good thing, right?11/10 and I would definitely recommend and definitely booking another one of their other performances.”

“The food was actually incredible. They use an excessive amount of cheese while still staying behind the line of "too much", plenty of herbs sprinkled on top, good pepperoni and perfectly crunchy and thick crust. Fries were crisp and crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The restaurant was clean with ample space between tables and seats. My only complaint is the service. The employees are so nice, enthusiastic, and friendly, but they need a better system for getting food out. Too many people taking turns sending orders out, they aren't very loud people either so it's hard to listen to your order unless you're right at the counter but you don't want everyone crowding the space. If this place invested in establishing a proper organization to serving, they wouldn't ever slow down because their employees, food, and restaurant are fantastic”

“The pool complex does not open until Memorial Day weekwnd, May 25th. Open daily June 26-Sept 2. A classic pool. Huge. Lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Very good changing rooms with devices to spin your wet cloths dry. There is NO depth less than abt 3 feet. Non-swimmers must be accompanied by adult. They have lots of swim vests.”

“Our car loving toddler is obsessed with this place. I'm not as into cars as he is, and I still enjoyed my time there. You can actually go into some of the cars, which was awesome! Apparently if you complete a scavenger hunt you'll earn a little toy car too! I think it would have been helpful if the staff working there explained that to us, but they weren't super clear about it. Instead, I found it out through an Instagram post that I happened to stumble upon.”

Not spectacular, but would I bring my mom, brothers, and nieces? Yes, immediately. Try the flight simulator for $8, but it's entirely worth it.My video game adverse wife said, "Let's get this at home." That was enough said!”

The kids have a lot of great activities due to the location at the country club including tennis, yoga, dance, etc. We particularly loved the events they put on for parents. These events are top notch with catering and cute dances, singing and performances by the kids.”

“We had our March 2024 wedding at Bel Air Bay Club and had a great experience from start to finish! This venue fit our "formal beach" aesthetic perfectly, and the entire planning process was so smooth. We initially booked with Liz and the transition to working with Ashley as our event coordinator was seamless. Ashley fielded our many many questions with such patience and clarity, and always responded quickly. All information and deadlines were given in a clear and timely fashion.We also booked one of the hotel rooms on site and that department was equally as helpful and responsive.On the day of, our planners were so complimentary of all the staff, especially the GM. One of our planners said that he was always present and accommodating whenever they needed anything. We received so many compliments on the food, with many guests saying that it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding.Overall, we had a great experience having our wedding at BABC and would highly recommend it!”
