Waited weeks for a passport appoint that was then cancelled when they were short staffed and sent to Santa Monica post office who refused to help us despite being told they would honor the reservation.

I don’t know what you all are talking about. I just went there with two media mail boxes and the wait was five minutes and the clerk was friendly, smart, and efficient. My experience was super positive!

Janice was so helpful and compassionate to special situation. Got it done and left feeling relieved. By far the best post office in Los Angeles.
