I'm 110% certain I spelled that incorrectly) to address a diagnosis of plantar fasciitis from my podiatrist. I'd never go anywhere else. The staff are always wonderful and the selection of shoes is vast. Plus, if not for Fleet Feet I never would have discovered the wonder of the footwear which goes by the name of Hoka!”

“My wife and I recently visited the DXL Big & Tall store in Culver City with a friend who was shopping for her brother—and we were pleasantly surprised by how enjoyable the experience turned out to be.
The sales associates were incredibly helpful, attentive without being pushy, and really knowledgeable about the store's offerings. While we weren’t the ones shopping, I still felt welcomed and appreciated. One of the team members even complimented an accessory I was wearing, which sparked a fun moment and showed how personable the staff is.
At one point, my wife and I needed to use the restroom, and during that time I had a great conversation with the store manager. Somehow we got on the topic of pens and ended up having a full-on discussion about Montblanc—a rare but genuinely enjoyable moment of connection you don’t expect to find in a retail setting.
All in all, even though we weren’t the ones making the purchase, it felt like a great visit. Friendly service, good energy, and an overall positive experience. Would definitely come back if we’re ever in need of big & tall items!”

“Bone spur better! I was suffering from serious pain in the heal/ sole of my foot. I even went to the emergency room and they took an X-ray of my foot and told me I had a bone spur and should see my primary care doctor to get a steroid shot. I talked to my primary care doctor who told me that before he would do that I needed to go to a physical therapist and do calf exercises. Until I did those things I was left in PAIN! I saw a friend who swore by these shoes. I had gone to REI to try on HOKA and ON shoes and I then purchased a pair of ON shoes online. They hurt. I sent them back. I went to the Encino Gravity Defyer store and tried on a pair, the woman there, who was so sweet, had a pair on too. She said they really provided support while she worked. I tried on two different ones, the Energiya was the best fit for me. I had to think about it. I bought another pair of ON shoes and they were uncomfortable. I sent them back. I went back another day and bought the Gravity Defyer. At first my heal was hurting still and I thought maybe I needed to return them, although they were supportive I didn't know if it was causing me more pain to wear or if I needed to adjust to the new shoe. I put in the sole pads that they provide, which gave me extra arch support and I could feel my heel relaxing. I have been wearing them for about a week now and I noticed the other day that my foot felt better! I was walking around today and I really realized it! There is way less pain. It is these new Gravity Defyer Energiya that I bought. I highly recommend them for you if you are in foot pain. The thing about these shoes is they have a soul support technology that bounces back, it doesn't squish down and lose support. They stay supportive.”
“I’ve always liked this store, but I’m disappointed. I bought Red Wing boots expecting their usual repair policy if the soles failed. When mine separated, I called ahead and was told to bring them in. I drove across town, ready to pay the $125 repair fee, only to be told they couldn’t be fixed because they were glued, not stitched. That was never explained at purchase. The associate turned me down, and the whole thing felt like a giant letdown. I came expecting a solution, but they didn’t deliver. I won’t be shopping here again.

“Can’t say enough good things about the Milk Room. The owners Greg and Rob put their heart and soul into this place and it shows. They have an amazing collection of clothes and super reasonable prices.It can sometimes be intimidating to walk into a vintage shop, but these guys made everyone who walked in comfortable. Greg and Rob are just so personable and down to earth. When Rob heard I loved animal tees, he went in the back and brought out this crazy dolphin tee for me. Most vintage shops would charge well over $30 for it and he threw it in for $10.They also have a recording studio in the back and let tons of young bands use their space to perform. The vibes here are just amazing and I’m so happy I stopped by.Best shop in LA, hands down!”

“Alexander, who works at the Westfield Century City store, was fantastic! My daughter and I walked into the store during the afternoon and it was fairly busy at the time. We eventually realized that he was ALONE ... no other employees were present! He handled each customer with patience ... he didn't rush anyone. He was very professional. Regarding the products, he was very informative. We noticed that none of the customers grew impatient or upset! He made contact with each customer that came into the store, either going directly to them or acknowledging them as they walked in. He was great and seemed to make each customer feel as though they were being helped immediately, just by making that initial contact!
