“Caren and her staff are WONDERFUL. I had some Woodmode cabinets, which were great when I bought the house 20 years ago, but the finish was looking ratty and the style was out-dated. However, the interiors were still good (because Woodmode lasts forever) and the counter tops were pretty new so I didn't want to redo the whole kitchen. I must have called a half dozen Woodmode dealers each of whom told me you couldn't replace the doors and drawer fronts, you had to do the cabinets over. The last place I called was Kitchen Design Group, and Caren said of course she could help. So she came over, measured, helped me pick the style and took an existing drawer front to match the finish. After about a month, they were ready and her incredible installer went to work. What a great, professional job he did!!! The finished product matches the existing cabinet sides and frames, and with a new range hood and sink hardware I have a gorgeous new kitchen for a fraction of the price -- and it's still Woodmode. AND he left no mess at all!!! I recommend them 1,000%!! If they do this beautiful a job with my kitchen, I can only imagine how gorgeous a complete remodel would be! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!! I'm just sorry I didn't call her first!!”

The office staff provides good support and communication as the project progresses. They are available and responsive. “I highly recommend The Kitchen Store if you are looking for new cabinets. We are new home buyers; we bought a fixer upper with no kitchen. We worked with Marie to design our layout; she was patient and accommodating. We chose the Omega Cabinets solid maple. It was bumpy towards the middle end of the installation. The installer was not able to finish the job in a timely manner. There was a mistake, and part of our order did not get made, so we had to wait for the whole order. This took an extra 3 weeks. By that time the oringal installer was moved on and I had a pile of cabinet pieces in my kitchen waiting. The manager Jason and the sales rep, Marie worked very hard and fast to get me new installers, and help negotiate final payments and within 2 days all was resolved. I am grateful for the support of Jason and Marie. They assisted a possible shit show and turned it into a pretty good experience. And my kitchen is really coming together.”

“Had a great experience with these guys so thought it was worth sharing. Needed to get 2 bathrooms remodeled as well as put new flooring down in the house. Once I got started and saw the quality of work being done it was easy to add a few little things to the job and Isaac and his team rolled with the flow. I ended up making one shower area larger (which meant busting into another bedroom) but the team did so with relative ease. We also redid cabinetry and repainted all interior so once new flooring went in...this was a brand new home.It's simply nice to have a team keep lines of communication open each day and actually finish a project at the time and price we locked in. “I needed to replace the wood façade on the front of my house as it was over 44 years old and falling apart. I decided to have the wood removed and the house stuccoed instead. I requested several quotes and found that it was more expensive that I had anticipated. This was a big investment so I did research on everyone who quoted me and found Pacific Point had a 5 star rating and no BBB complaints so I went with them. Ron was fabulous, he told me everything that would take place, and made sure the roses in the front of the house would be taken care of. They were professional and did a thorough job. Ron was there everyday checking on the work and if I had any questions (I have had other contractors that would sign on the job and you'd never see them again until the final check was due).
