“First thing first, Hank was awesome! I don't post reviews but had such a positive experience finding my new Cal King mattress that I wanted to pay it back to Hank and acknowledge his professionalism and willingness to get me the best deal possible. I decided to get the Puffy Royal Hybrid and an accompanying adjustable bed frame, both of which I love. I personally like the sink in feeling of memory foam and the Puffy just felt right from the first second I laid on it. Also, the adjustable frame is solid and I didn't realize how much I'd appreciate the ability to change positions. Hank was very knowledgeable about all the latest technology across different mattress styles and has a longstanding history in the industry. His willingness to work with me on pricing was greatly appreciated; let's just say he offered the best deal I could find across numerous stores I went to by a long shot! The delivery team was also super reliable and set up everything with white glove service. You really can't find a better store in town. Just show up and have them set you up with your dream bed!”

I thought and assumed I would need a box spring and in fact I did not..he did not try and sell me on anything I did not need which I appreciated. Just recently we, through our own neglect, had let battery acid leak into one of our controls and we thought that we might need new controls and or even a new electronic control system. We called Yong Lee and he was right on it, helping us to diagnose and repair the problem we created. These days you just can't find better or more professional and prompt service or a better mattress!”

The store manager Ron found some parts they had in storage and did the repair for me at no charge! I rarely see this level of customer support. In addition, I was looking at massage chairs. Ron was extremely knowledgeable about the differences in features found in their wide selection. These guys are really good at what they do and they support their customers.”

Called the store and the manager, Rod Hawkins, told me to bring it in and they would try to fix it. And if not, would get me a new one, assemble it at the store and all would be good. “If you need a mattress, go see Derek the manager of this store. He was super knowledgeable, stayed within our price range and kept showing us options and choices. He knows all about mattresses and beds. He didn't try to sell us something we didn't need or want. I was surprised to learn that their salespeople go through hundreds of hours of training to learn all about mattresses before they can help a customer. It's rare these days that a company puts their people through that type of training. But it was evident in our experience with Derek. A great store, not overwhelming, and they really explain all their products and how mattresses are made.”

Sofa Design Gallery had exactly what I was looking for! With little explanation from me, James took me straight to "my" sofa that I had been searching for. Literally love at 1st sight. It's very well-made, really comfortable and the fabric is gorgeous. And while I was there, I spotted a chair that I also liked a lot. I had it remade in a fabric that I picked out to match the sofa. I am completely happy with both pieces. Both James and Bijon were very helpful, their customer service was fantastic. Even their delivery guys were wonderful. They were very careful and professional.
