“Brandy Melville is my go to for basic tees. I generally shop at The Grove location but stopped by the Palisades on the way to the beach. Their team is very kind and really doing everything they can to ensure the safe of their customers. When I was in the store the other day a customer blatantly refused to put on a mask without no explanation. She continuously claimed that it was her right not wear one. It's actually illegal NOT to where one in Los Angeles. This made me extremely uncomfortable not only for my safety but because she was berating the employees for asking her to please put on a mask or leave. I definitely appreciate the way the employees handled themselves and hope to return to this location soon (so long as customers can actually respect other patron's safety).”
