“Great location with good floor plan. The staff here are very respectful. Clean facility with plenty of parking. Good climate for anyone's belongings. Speak with Martin, he was the one who helped us out. Plus this is the only storage location in Oxnard that closes late. I would highly recommend this Trunk Space Storage location to anyone needing a location to store items. I am definitely storing item here again. “U-Haul always seems to have very professional and knowledgeable staff. They always have an answer for your questions as well as ACTUAL recommendations based off your descriptions. If you need a bigger box truck/trailer they will let you know. If you dont need much, they will recommend that best suits your need.
The professionalism of the staff is incredible. This last time I went there was One employee working in the front and a decent line of customers, this lady in the front of the line was NOT having it. The gentleman at the register kept his composure, did not escalate the situation, assured the upset lady that he will do his very best to correct the situation. 10 stars for this employee ?????”
