LOVE Royal Oak Flooring. It's a family owned business and the owners are professional, super knowledgable, and really a delight to work with. They've been in the business a long time and really know their stuff. I would not hesitate to hire Royal Oak for any future flooring needs!

The workers were excellent however we have a problem with the nosing on stair case and Laurie the owner is refusing to come back and fix. So buyer be ware. I have more flooring to be installed but will be calling another company.

Laurie and her team came in and were able to refinish our floors perfectly. They were incredibly friendly, relaxed and communicative. They stuck to their schedule and didn't go a day over.
