“The people at FG Wilcox are absolutely awesome! The service is what you wish all stores and restaurants had. They treat you like a welcomed guest, answer any questions you may have and above all respect and dignity. I don't have to remind anybody that it's missing from most places these days. People have forgotten how to treat each other, it's shameful. But moving on the selection of tools, fasteners and hard to find items is incredible. Their small front office hides the huge warehouse of inventory in the back. If they don't have it in stock, they will special order it for you. Besides tools and fasteners, they have vises, sledgehammer, electrical tools, air tools and battery powered tools for every industry. They have some of the most powerful flashlights I've ever seen and so much more. Go see for yourself and ask for Carol or Sandy and their employees, they all know their stuff and are waiting to help you find what you are looking for. They honestly deserve a 10 star rating!”

“Super helpful team. Came in with an obscure hydraulic hose for a 40-year-old motor lift. They didn't have the exact parts but worked with me to try and come up with a workaround. While I waited for the hose several other staff asked if I'd been helped. Would definitely come back.”

Since AR150 tanks are being phased out, Ricardo Lopez helped me by upgrading my tanks to AR200's. The store is simply has the best pricing in the area, and the staff is very friendly with a great sense of humor. The store is easy to find and has a large parking lot to ease loading. Due to my recent surgery, Ricardo loaded my new tanks (easily 100 lbs per tank) for me. Their showroom is large and comprehensive in terms of equipment and accessories.
