“Had a pleasant experience, made possible by the excellent customer service from Sean and Junior (I can tell they value customer service). Upon arrival, Sean cordially greeted me and promptly processed my reservation and paperwork for a cargo trailer. All the while, Junior wasted no time and began mounting the cargo trailer to my vehicle. A number of safety checks and off I went. In and out within 10 minutes. When returning the cargo trailer, it was again a quick and easy process. Very satisfied with the cargo trailer and customer service at this location. Note: I checked in before arriving and this was on a Wednesday.”
“George is amazing!!! Every time I go, he is always so understanding and accommodating. He is known for working two registers at one time and helping people with their phones and QR codes. I love this mindset and work ethic. What is says is "I understand". We are in the midst of big transitions, life changes, major moves. At the very least we have got a busy day or a busy few moments ahead with multiple things to juggle and manage. The fact that you are met with someone who gets it and works hard to make the process as quick and trouble free is super helpful. I would highly recommend George and the U-Haul spot for your moving needs. Why because they actually care about the person. Kind relatable professional. He needs a raise!!!!;)”

“Oh, they have scales. Yes, yes… The place is extremely clean. My cashier was a very nice gentleman… It’s pretty basic. You can get a drinks snacks, and some really good beef jerky for your drive..”
