“This credit union is the best and since I live in downtown oxnard . very close to my house The banking associate ladies are awesome and welcome you with a smile and always friendly . I used to bank with mechanics bank and closed my account with them due to unprofessionalism . Would not recommend mechanics bank at all . But I defiantly recommend County schools federal credit union”
“I have referred so many people to this bank and yes, referral fees are real because I maxed out on them. I have sent friends to get loans for their vehicles. I have sent people with issues on their credit or their banking situation, and no matter what it is this bank, and the staff will go out of their way to get you an answer to get you approved to get you an account or even just direct you in the right direction so that you can understand what it is you need to know they do it with the smile they don’t make you feel ashamed embarrassed I am just very very thankful that somebody else walked me into that branch and I became a member. It was a very life-changing moment for me, because as we all know credit money, and you’re standingreflects on your future and when your parent single parent, it makes a difference when you have a financial institution to behind you and routing you on with the upside down Premier America credit union because you’re amazing”

Was helped out by Samantha Martinez and she did and AMAZING JOB helping me, explained thoroughly all the rates and monthly options and really took her time with my loan and the process so thankful to have received this service when the interest rates are crazy, she helped me choose a loan that was best for me, thanks again will definitely recommend you to everyone i know!!”

“This was my first time visiting the branch in Oxnard. To my surprise there was no line when I walked in, the teller was very friendly and able to help me in a quick and efficient manner. Branch does close at five so you have to get your business done during normal operating hours.I did visit the branch the next day after hours to see their ATM and it does have the capability to deposit cash and checks outside so you can always use this feature if the branch is closed.This branch is in a convenient location with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.”

“I like to give Mr. Downy R Gonzales a special thanks for assisting me with an insurance claim check that I had to get signed and approved from Wells Fargo. He is awesome, caring and compassionate young man I had a great experience he went above and beyond to help me get my issues resolved. I live about 150 miles away and the first Wells Fargo I stop the experience was terrible with the branch manager. She didn’t really have the patience or time to try to assist me with the process. And advised me to wait and call Wells Fargo car loan department which took over a hour or more to get assistance. Still couldn’t get help. I was very disappointed and frustrated with the customer service support from the first bank I went to and the service from call your Wells Fargo Car loan department. But my Aunt told me to try the next Branch where Mr. Downny R Gonzales Branch Manager was their I voiced my concerns and told him this was the worse experience I had from calling and waiting from a response from the bank assistants to going in person to the first Wells Fargo Bank in Mesquite. Mr.Downny Gonzales told me that to give him a chance to help resolve the bad experience I had and that he would do all could to help me get my issue resolved. And he did he went above and beyond and he stayed on the phone over and hour like I did . He got my problem resolved . He’s amazing I would recommend his branch and the employees to this Wells Fargo Branch. Where he is the Branch Manager. Thankyou He made my Day God bless I give him and this Branch 10 stars plus. He is a valuable asset. He made me feel important with caring and compassion attitude. And he listened and wouldn’t stop helping me until he got a answer no matter how long it. “Hello! I went in because I lost my debit card and I immediately got greeted by Esmeralda Calderon. 10/10. Amazing. She even help me set of the online ID I didn’t even know I had. She helped me with even more than I needed from banking and information that I didn’t know was necessary to updating all necessary items on my account and helped me with the biggest smile. Very professional and very passionate about her work place. Again 10/10 for her. And I would totally recommend her and this Bank of America 100%. She makes the Bank of America trip worth it. :)”
