Went in yesterday and the pharmacist gave me the Shingrix vaccine, he was kind and gentle, I certainly appreciated that because I was rather nervous. “I've been a customer for about 5 years. The first 4 years were great. Excellent service and staff who took great care of me. I knew everyone there by name and rarely had a problem. Then suddenly everybody except one employee disappeared and I started having problems with the new staff and pharmacist. On the plus side, they accept my insurance, are conveniently located and the hours are reasonable. And there is never a line of customers. I usually go there in the evening and there is never a wait.”
“I might be biased because I live few blocks away. Their alcohol isn't behind a stupid case. It is at checkout. When I want a drink after five days of grueling work, I don't want to wait an hour for someone to open the locked glass to get what I'd like. Also most employees are chill. Screw the places with locked cabinets or liquor stores with A Hole employees ( Walmart, Raleys and FoodMax, I'm looking at you) Go to Rite Aid. Fast, efficient and home.”

“Stephanie at the Pharmacy just made my day. She bent over backwards to help me with the prescription order when I was going out of town. Things were kind of complicated in that I had switched doctors and yet she had no problem going above and beyond trying to contact my doctor for me and help me out when I needed my prescription filled last minute! She offered to help me with out me having to ask. ❤️ I cannot tell you how much that meant to me, and in a world where Customer Service can be rare, she is a bright shining star! I have always been very happy with the service at this store, especially at the pharmacy but also the workers in the store have always been helpful and friendly. I appreciate this much!”

“Yes there are often lines. B U T: great staff, good prices, and when it's your turn, they will take all the time you need. They have helped me get better prices on pricey meds. They have all my allergies listed and catch rxes I should NOT take. They know I'm pharmasensitive n a lightweight.They have always gone above and beyond, some of my rxes are work comp and they know the difference AND who should pay. When i was covid positive, they brought my rx out to my car. And here's the kicker, before I moved here and my daughter who lives here had miscarried...I went with her to pick up rx, the pharmacist at consult said, I know what this med is prescribed for, I'm sorry for your loss, could I pray with you? I will always use this pharmacy, the staff is phenomenal.”

“The cupcakes that were being baked for my grandson's birthday got ruined. They were supposed to go to his school for the class to enjoy. I called Raley's and asked their bakery department of they could do 30 cupcakes today. When their cake decorator (Rachel) heard our plight she immediately started to figure out how to help. I was very grateful for her assistance and willingness to help. Thanks to Rachel the day is saved!”
