The only thing that brings the rating down is the pharmacy, every time I try to call them I get put in hold for 30-50 minutes. But the customer service in person is really solid. Everyone there is welcoming and helpful But if over the phone service is just not great at all

Called the district manager and he was very helpful and listened to my concerns over the lack of efficiency and the pharmacie's staffing issues. I've been a fan of Rite Aid for over 10 years so I hope things will get better.

Don't listen to automative system it's never right and no one calls to tell you that your request won't happen like it should for whatever reason. Then they don't start counting refill until 30 days after you picked it up (due to their delays). So frustrating
