1 Bates Blvd #200, OrindaWe took our dog here for a concerning growth after becoming disillusioned with our prior vet in Oakland. Apparently many vet practices in the area have been taken over by VCA. Once that happens, the prices go up and the service declines. Unlike our prior vet clinic, Theater View offers highly personalized and caring service. They are super/ responsive to our questions and concerns. Dr Langford took excellent care of our dog, communicated with us along the way, and involved us appropriately in decision-making. I can't say enough accolades of this wonderfully homey yet highly professional veterinary practice.

23 Orinda Way # M, OrindaDr G. Did an amazing job on our dogs teeth! The before/after pictures I posted speak for themselves! We have had wonderful experiences each time we have taken our pets to Orinda Vet. We have one dog and two cats. Cats can be difficult to handle, but Dr. G was truly a professional. I've been to many other clinics that scruff my cats without giving them a chance to behave. I've never seen my cats so relaxed and trusting as they were with him. Thanks Dr. Gerry!

They go above and beyond to ensure that our pup gets high quality hikes around the various regional parks in the Oakland area, and have helped him develop essential social skills and recall while off leash. Pickup and drop-off at the house is smooth and seamless and the communication is always relevant and timely. Highly recommended!

26 Orinda Way, OrindaThis cafe is tucked right next to the Orinda library. They have a nice patio area with lots of seating. I love their iced tea and my daughter likes their avocado toast and mango smoothies. I recently placed an online order to pick up and it was ready in less than 10 minutes. Overall, I like this cafe and it is a nice change from the chain coffee houses nearby.

15 Moraga Way, OrindaWe reserved a table for 6 people at 6:30pm. The table was all setup when we arrived. Service was quick with bread and olives and water. We placed our orders quickly and all came out about 10-15 minutes later. Hot and delicious. Then more bread and olives and water. We were too full for dessert but plan to order less next time to have dessert. I recommend the chicken picatta and chicken parm! Parking could be a challenge so give yourself some extra time.

Atithi Restaurant
70 Moraga Way, OrindaI had no expectations. I just wanted a place to eat before a movie. What a lovely surprise Atithi was. The restaurant looked plain until I saw the menu. What unusual and delicious food. We returned the very next night. The split garbanzo beans were great, as were both fish dishes. I recommend paratha with pepper dip also. Go!
