“My first time dealing with Central was pretty much perfect. Needed to get my brakes fixed as I knowingly waited a bit too long (I like to get every last little bit out of brakes and tires, which isn't super smart), but I was alerted by the newly squeaking brakes just last night that I couldn't wait anymore. I figure I lucked out today and was able to bring it in immediately and get the work done in one day. They pointed out some things I needed to know without any kind of up-selling. It seems a bit remarkable that without prior notice, they can inspect, fill out a report with pictures, get the parts, do the work to completion, and seemingly not cut any corners (that probably wouldn't work out well for reputable mechanics), and get me out the door so I wouldn't miss the next day of work. They stayed a bit later than closing to get it done, no complaints on their part, nor mine. I'll be back for some of that other needed work very soon.”

They consult with me before doing anything that would cost extra and give me a straightforward assessment about what needs to be done now versus what can be postponed. The staff is all friendly and professional. I wouldn't dream of using anyone else to service my used cars.”

“While traveling in the area my car had an issue on the freeway and I could not drive it, I was towed by AAA to this shop. Very fortunate to get to this shop - the staff were able to come out and check my car and even get it working so I could get home to my local area. They did not even charge me for what they did.
It is a stressful time having a breakdown especially with my family, but this shop really went above and beyond. I will be always grateful. This would be my go to shop if I lived in the area for my BMWs, I could instantly tell they knew what they were doing and were enthusiastic about older BMWs. I think the owner’s name is Fred and I really wanted to thank him! Kindhearted folks like this are hard to find nowadays.”
“I was in immediate need of service to my car, and couldn't drive it back to San Francisco where I live as the car was overheating. I work up the street from the business and found them when I searched for nearby auto repair shops. Their reviews were great, so I called them and was told that I could drop my car off after getting out of work. They kept my car safe for the night and had it ready for me the next day. They easily diagnosed my problem and fixed it without delay. Needless to say, I was very grateful and relieved. Customer service here was friendly and I felt that my car was in good hands. “Honest and easygoing mechanics who also have a funny sense of humor! They take the time to explain and educate when their customers have questions and their website is also educational with tips on taking care of your car, which says a lot about them. Their invoices are clear, with breakdown line items of each part that was ordered and service provided so you have upfront clear communication about what they did and also future records. My partner and I haven taken our cars to them a few times already and are so glad we found our go-to local mechanics!”

“I've used the Repair Shop with Sal and his crew a bunch of times over the last couple years. They have always done great work at a reasonable price which is becoming harder to find these days. They are also a customer first shop and are great about explaining the work they think you need and cost before they start. If you have any questions or issues with the work done they do everything possible to answer those question or will ask you to bring the car back to look at any issues you might have. They are my go to shop because of all of these reasons. Don't hesitate to give them a try.”

“I come here because the location is convenient and the prices are reasonable. For my 210 Kia forte, a regular synthetic oil change cost $55. If I wanted full synthetic it would have cost me $80. They are fast with my oil change and they show me the clean oil on the dipstick at the end. They check the other fluid levels and refill my windshield washing fluid as well as vacuuming my air filter. I have been coming here for years and enjoy the service and experience. They also take card”
