“The staff are very friendly and try to be helpful. The corporate procedures for opening an account are a bit cumbersome, but I did manage to open an account (responding to an incentive offer.) It should be possible to open an account in under an hour though; there were too many questions designed to market future products to me. Also it appeared that some staff didn't have all the authority they needed to complete transactions for their other customers. This is a typical experience for most banks these days, unfortunately. It should be a priority to help clients save time rather than place unnecessary hurdles in the way of speedy service.”

“This branch location is a small one, but it's situated in Downtown Orinda, so it's easy to walk to and drive to as well. The service is quick and efficient, the employees are available to assist, and the ATM outside is always functioning. There is a dedicated parking lot with plenty of spaces and there is also street parking directly in front. *Note: They have hot cocoa inside the branch -- a favorite perk for kiddos : )”
