“We put a request in on Yelp, and got 3 replies, $1100, $985, and a message that that included recalibrating my windshield camera, then Jose from Auto Glass Experts SLO came in with a $445 quote. I immediately asked about the camera recalibration, and he replied, they rarely need to be recalibrated, but if it does, I’ll come back and recalibrate it for $355. Well, that puts me ahead in either case, so I booked an appointment. Jose’s communication was quick and to the point, and he showed up on time, and had the job done in less than an hour, and guess what, no calibration needed. Thanks Jose you saved me $545-$655 and my new windshield is perfect!!!”

I had the unfortunate luck of a flat tire on my way home from work in the early morning hours, after working a 12 hour shift at the hospital. They were so kind, opening their doors for me before the start of business as they saw my car arriving via tow truck. I’ve always had wonderful service at Big Brand, but today I feel they went above and beyond. “This was one of, if not the best, car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone at the dealership was prepared for my arrival to pick up the car and greeted me by name. A lot of the paperwork was done in advance so I only needed to sign my name a few times and the deal was done. They also have a wonderful tech service where a “BMW Genius” will work with you as much or as little as you need to get the car configured to your preferences, including setting up the MyBMW App and Apple CarPlay. I would certainly recommend them if you are in the market for a BMW.”
