“Rented a truck 7/6/19 for one day. Truck was basically brand new which was great. Every U Haul I ever rented had a million miles on it and was barely running. The truck had a lift gate instead of a ramp. There are pros and cons to each type. The lift gate helped load really heavy items as we didn't have to push it up a ramp. Returned it later that night and dropped the keys.”

“Highly recommended. Sam at Ryder truck really saved my bacon if you weeks ago. I had rented a liftgate through another company....bad idea. After several angry phone calls the other company admitted they didn’t even have one for me, despite being told several times they did. So I had to find a liftgate on very short notice and was able to do so at Ryder truck. Sam was very helpful and got me set up with what I needed.”

“Good location for us to transport something from hd supply to fair oaks. Gas station a couple doors down on hazel and Folsom for quick fill up prior to return. Staff is friendly and helpful but it was a bit slow to return the truck. We had to wait at least 30 minutes to just drop off the truck and finalize the bill.”

He was efficient, knew what he was doing and had us checked out in a short time.Great customer service! We found the prices to move out of state very affordable! We would highly recommend this business if you want a professional manager to handle your moving experience! He was A plus. Normally when we have rented from other companies, we have less than adequate experiences. The truck was clean and in good order. “Location is the biggest convenience. Was surprised that it’s connected to another store. Store name was something about appliances. At first a bit confusing but overall process was very smooth and people were very nice.Like I said again, very convenient location. Had no trouble returning. “I rented a van online and chose the self checkout and return. Pickup was going to be at Sam's Tires on Greenback. The U-Haul app wasn't working correctly and Sam and his team helped me without adding the $20 charge for not using the self check out. I had the same problem again trying to check the van back in and again they didn't add any additional charges. These guys were friendly and helpful.”

“So this is a tough one because there is a language barrier but this young man got me a 10 foot U-Haul right away and didn't charge me any extra fees or anything, they take a deposit at first but when you return the truck you get most of it back . Overall pretty easy and smooth”
