“These guys are the best. We've ordered many loads of soil and gravel over the years, most recently in October 2023. They very carefully get the truck onto our narrow driveway and put the dirt exactly where we want it. The last delivery the driver went in the bed with a broom to knock loose soil stuck in the truck to make sure we got all the dirt we ordered. The soil is great, and grows great plants from seeds - not just ordinary seeds from the grocery but heirloom seeds from Kachwee Seeds and Baker Creek. Grows plants from all the nurseries in the area. We'll be getting some gravel in November and more soil in 2024. 100% recommended!”

“Rented a truck 7/6/19 for one day. Truck was basically brand new which was great. Every U Haul I ever rented had a million miles on it and was barely running. The truck had a lift gate instead of a ramp. There are pros and cons to each type. The lift gate helped load really heavy items as we didn't have to push it up a ramp. Returned it later that night and dropped the keys.”

“Good location for us to transport something from hd supply to fair oaks. Gas station a couple doors down on hazel and Folsom for quick fill up prior to return. Staff is friendly and helpful but it was a bit slow to return the truck. We had to wait at least 30 minutes to just drop off the truck and finalize the bill.”

What scared me was the truck...it had 77K miles on it and it shook and rattled to the point I had car sickness from the motion. Out of 9 moves over the past 20 years, this is was a first.”

“I've used quite a few rental places. The front desk is efficient, they have good quality equipment, and the prices are very good especially if you're going week to week. I needed a commercial-duty dehumidifier for a home remodel. After weeks of rain, the fans were just blowing around the same cold, wet air and we couldn't finish sanding the walls. I called around, and Neff had the best weekly rate on a newer machine so I bit. Although I had to drive to Roseville (from Sac) to get the machine, they told me I could return it at any local Neff Rental (There are two within 7 miles). The machine worked like a beast, draining 7 gallons of water out of the house in 7 days. Thanks Neff Rentals! coming back for my next equipment rental need.”

“Location is the biggest convenience. Was surprised that it’s connected to another store. Store name was something about appliances. At first a bit confusing but overall process was very smooth and people were very nice.Like I said again, very convenient location. Had no trouble returning. “I rented a van online and chose the self checkout and return. Pickup was going to be at Sam's Tires on Greenback. The U-Haul app wasn't working correctly and Sam and his team helped me without adding the $20 charge for not using the self check out. I had the same problem again trying to check the van back in and again they didn't add any additional charges. These guys were friendly and helpful.”

“So this is a tough one because there is a language barrier but this young man got me a 10 foot U-Haul right away and didn't charge me any extra fees or anything, they take a deposit at first but when you return the truck you get most of it back . Overall pretty easy and smooth”
