“I’ve been bringing my kids here for over 7 years now. The staff are friendly and compassionate. I love that this is such a large practice, because there is always a doctor available to see you. We adore our pediatrician but have also had a positive experience with all of the providers we’ve seen. It does tend to take a little longer to get well child appts than I’d prefer. They offer self scheduling, messaging, prescription renewal, and access to your child’s chart via MySutterHealthOnline.org. The office does use an out of state centralized call center, which can create a game of phone tag since you are not able to call back into the doctors office directly. During office hours they also provide phone advice via a registered nurse.”

“I had an appointment and was seen in less than 5 minutes of my appointment. I also received a text with a link asking me to check-in online. Then, I received another text when my name was about to be called (it's a good idea to wait inside location so you don't miss you're name being called). The woman who saw me was very pleasant and professional. I will keep using this lab and will update tmy review accordingly.”
“Stopped by for a lab test as a walk in. They greeted me right away. It was @2:30 pm and not too busy. Sat down for just a minute and was called back. Tech told me exactly what to do and expect. Great experience!”
“Come here for immigration physical. The receptionist (medical assistant?) went above and beyond and made everything so simple. She is very knowledgeable of what needed to be done.It’s a complete 180 from the first doctor we went to, where everything was confusing and complicated, staff were not knowledgeable.They also have extremely fast turn around time(other doctor was booked out 2 months)I can’t recommend this place enough.”

They give me lots of personal attention, are knowledgeable and reliable. “I had a really great experience here with the phlebotomist Parnaz today. She was so sweet, understanding, and patient with me throughout my test for gestational diabetes where I had to have my blood drawn 3 times within a 2 hour period. I’ve known myself to faint in the past and for this test i needed to fast beforehand so I was extra nervous but she detracted me during the blood draw + was extremely quick and gentle! I will be requesting her in the future and so grateful for her making this intimidating process go so smoothly so me. Thank you Parnaz!!”
“Had a great experience today at this Quest. Just had a baby this week-I’m super tired and aggravated and when I arrived to get a bilirubins test for my daughter they said they don’t specialize in it and I would have to go across town- but J.R helped us and even though I didn’t have an appointment he took me right away and did my daughters test wonderfully. Only quest I would go to in town is this one! Been here several times and always in and out!”
“These guys were way better than any quest diagnostics I have ever gone to they were kind. They got us in fast and got us out as fast as they could. Some tests do take about an hour but they did it as fast as they could”
“The online appointments are easy to make. Cancellation is also easy. You don’t really need appointments, but if you’re gonna walk in, do it in the afternoon when they are not busy. Their phlebotomist are really good and you don’t even feel the needle.”
“I love the Folsom facility on Prairie City Road. I always make an appointment and this facility is well staffed and clean. They get you back to a room at your appointment time. The staff is friendly, and let you know what is happening every step of the way. They verify your information several times to make certain they have the correct person that matches the paperwork or computer test orders. I have veins that wiggle and move but this staff always get the vein the first time. They talk you through the process if you need that. The facility is very clean. The check-in process is easy. Once I walked in without an appointment because I was in the area, I didn't wait more than 8 minutes. This particular Quest is very professional and respectful of your time as a patient. Someone greets you when they hear the door ding and they usually help people who are not familiar with the check-in kiosk.”
“I've been to two Labcorp locations. This one has more available time slots when you try to schedule an appointment. I know they accept walk-ins as well, but I'd prefer a schedule. And the lady there, I think her name is Jude(if not Judy, I apologize for my mommy brain, lol), I like her. She's friendly, professional, and quick. Out of the station in less than 3 minutes and out of the building in less than 10 minutes. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“So first off, you can't beat the price, I think it was $47 for a heartbeat package with a stuffed animal with the discount for booking online, photos/videos and printouts. A bargain! The stuffed animals are $40 alone!!Super clear images, we got a great video of our baby moving around!The tech was friendly and excited for us, and really went above and beyond. She was clearly very skilled. I believe she also does medical ultrasounds so she knows what she's doing.They don't necessarily have all the heartbeat animals on the website in stock, so call ahead if you want a specific one. I wanted a dino, but the bunny is very cute too.”

“Dr. Grove is the best doctor I have ever had, and I am 73. She is very thorough and compassionate. I have been seeing her for the last 3 years for diabetes, depression and GERD. She treats me with respect, really listens to me and explains everything in layman's terms. Once, she was so concerned about me, that she called me at home. I am so grateful for her. I read the comment with 2 stars from Ness A., and yes, Dr. Grove does not answer those messages, but I just call the office now, and they give her the message personally. I don't understand why that person didn't just call the office? Please don't take her comments to heart. It's interesting that everyone else gives Dr. Grove 5 stars.”

“Employment Drug Screening I scheduled online for my employment drug screening on Tuesday for Wednesday... I drove to the wrong facility (at the last minute) I warp-speeded to this facility running through the doors at 2:57 pm. Kristin was at the front desk & immediately told me that drug screenings were done for the day. (gasping out of breath) I explained that it was my mistake also it was the LAST day to have it completed [my employer gave me 24hrs] I was just about to start begging, crying, etc. but she just asked me for my registration ID & said, "if it wasn't the last day then she wouldn't complete my test." Well... I wasn't lying... . ( , ) Nevermind those other reviews Kristin - You are That Girl/A Baddie/Fair & Honest & I'm grateful shout out to the other employees of LabCorp-Roseville”

“Excellent experience today for blood draw. Made an appointment online. Check in is quick and easy at kiosks where you scan your ID and insurance. I was seen promptly even though they were busy and had a nearly-full waiting room. Blood draw was quick and professional. No problems, easy-peasy. Will use this location again.”
“My elderly 93 year old father needed some blood work done, but his PCP had not put in the lab order electronically. Christine was so patient and helpful. It took us almost 45 minutes to finally get through to his heathcare provider to fax the lab order over the Quest. The entire time, Christine let my father sit close by to her office, and she kept checking on us. She was an angel and went way beyond to take care of him. We are extremely thankful to her for her caring heart!”
“Here's what you need to know about Quest Diagnostics: They have convenient locations, so try to find the closest to you and schedule early in the week, early in the day, and arrive early to check in. Usually, you'll get in quickly, but sometimes the wait can get longer, especially later in the day or week. The staff is skilled and trying their best to be helpful, so gratitude and patience goes a long way. They know you (probably) don't want to be there and try to get you in and out asap. Overall, our visits have been positive, but we've went in with a positive attitude too, and sometimes that makes all the difference in stressful situations!”
“Unfortunately I have veins that rarely cooperate by allowing blood to flow no matter how much water I drink during the hours leading up to my appointment time. So it was no surprise that the first two attempts to draw blood failed. Phlebotomist #2 was finally able to collect enough blood with the third attempt. My last comment has to do with the online pre-appointment check in process. It's extremely baffling and very odd that Medicare is not offered as one of the possible medical coverage plans when we're asked to indicate what medical plan is paying for the blood test. I'm guessing that senior citizen retirees make up a large percentage of the people who visit Quest Diagnostics. It's likewise logical to assume that the percentage of Medicare recipients must certainly be high enough that the continuing glaring omission of being able to select Medicare as my primary medical plan seems rather odd”

“You know, a business like this and guy like Bill are really, really hard to find. This man and his crew are pros, are so nice and priced so reasonably. My plate cracked and I had to give a speech the next day--called six dentists including my own--nope. They weren't interested, they weren't available, they would leave me without repairs for 2-3 days, and they would charge $350. As for how one is treated? Most dentists could learn a lot from Bill--no shaming, no humiliation, no looking down on anyone, no attitude, none of the "how could you get yourself in this situation" tsk-tsking that goes on in the dentist's office--none of the usual judgments one can sense even if never spoken in a dentist's office. From the moment I walked in, it was all about helping me. This place is Superior, and Bill is my new BFF! Casual but professional office, efficient and expert work. I'll be sending business their way!”
