“I love the Folsom facility on Prairie City Road. I always make an appointment and this facility is well staffed and clean. They get you back to a room at your appointment time. The staff is friendly, and let you know what is happening every step of the way. They verify your information several times to make certain they have the correct person that matches the paperwork or computer test orders. I have veins that wiggle and move but this staff always get the vein the first time. They talk you through the process if you need that. The facility is very clean. The check-in process is easy. Once I walked in without an appointment because I was in the area, I didn't wait more than 8 minutes. This particular Quest is very professional and respectful of your time as a patient. Someone greets you when they hear the door ding and they usually help people who are not familiar with the check-in kiosk.”

“This is the only lab I will go to for blood draw and the only LabCorp location I will go to as the wonderful tech at this location is friendly, fast, competent and above all...painless! She really knows what she is doing and makes you feel very calm and anxiety free. Not to mention the facility is extremely clean and orderly. It is a pleasure having your blood drawn here by a true professional.”

“Dr. Grove is the best doctor I have ever had, and I am 73. She is very thorough and compassionate. I have been seeing her for the last 3 years for diabetes, depression and GERD. She treats me with respect, really listens to me and explains everything in layman's terms. Once, she was so concerned about me, that she called me at home. I am so grateful for her. I read the comment with 2 stars from Ness A., and yes, Dr. Grove does not answer those messages, but I just call the office now, and they give her the message personally. I don't understand why that person didn't just call the office? Please don't take her comments to heart. It's interesting that everyone else gives Dr. Grove 5 stars.”

“I went there for my 4:10pm appointment for a test. I forgot to bring my paperwork so I had to call my brother to take a picture of it. Alena and Eduardo patiently waited for me. They are very nice and kind. I highly recommend this place.”
