I looked for a place near me to troubleshoot the issue. I found Monster Digital and left a voice message. Within a few minutes I got a call back from Kunal. He walked me through the process to clean my printer heads to see if that could be a quick solution. Yes, indeed, that fixed my issue and I'm back to printing clearly. Thank you Kunal for taking time to call me and give me a viable solution to do on my own. You were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. “The team at quality copy & printing delivers a level of service that you don't find very often these days. It's the kind of service where they remember you by first name and ask you how your day is going. I use them for large blueprint print projects for our family owned roofing company. Paula has been incredibly helpful in allowing me to email her large scale documents that she has printed for me very quickly, & emails me when they're ready for pick up. They have also provided banner printing services recently for us as well. In fact they designed and created a business banner for us with only a 2 day turnaround. I very rarely review businesses, I highly recommend this company. If you are in the Orange area I wouldn't go anywhere else.”
