“I order from them all the time for my warehouse and they deliver! I am about to place another order and love how I can walk into their showroom to see what I need as well. I definitely use a warehouse helper to help me build the shelves as they deliver them to you flat with assembly required. So keep that in mind. But if you can do that or have help in that department GO for it! We always get the heavy duty shelves so we can put lots of weight on them!”

I called CI Business Equipment on Wednesday afternoon and Jermaine was in our office Thursday morning and had our ancient folding machine clean and in working order in less than an hour. “The Olpin Group delivered a quality product, Aurora Mobile shelving, for my home library. Dallas Campbell was my salesman and was most patient with me. It took two years to design the house and library and I never got any pressure to get done sooner. The house and library had to change shape and size several times and Dallas always helped me with the new plan. He always answered my questions and no question was too small. They made me feel comfortable all the journey. Their rail installation crew was most professional using 3-D scanners to check the flatness and level of my walls and floor (We inset the mobile rails in and oak floor for a flush no ramp/no trip look). The only snag there was the height of the rail anchor bolts were higher than planned and underside of the floor had to be locally relieved. The final shelf install guys were very professional and clean. Went smooth. One of my walls wasn't perpendicular (not their fault) but they made it work. The final product works beautifully. The product was expensive but a quality product and looks good (see attached photo)”

“Ed really knows his stuff and I highly recommend him. He was courteous and resourceful and figured out a very inexpensive way to fix my problem without my needing to spend a lot of money on parts. The copies were fuzzy, and at first it looked like he would have to replace the fuser unit ($170 part). But after doing some research in forums online, he figured out that all that was required was inexpensive lubricant. The copies are now dark and crisp. I am so happy to have supported a small business and a great person. Ed also gave great recommendations for printers when the time comes to replace this one. Thanks, Ed!”
