Great experience with Adam in the Parts Dept. He is knowledgable and very helpful - bought a Sena integrated comm system and he installed it in my helmet on the spot. Also ended up up buying a small soft tail bag and he custom-configured the strap arrangement on it. Excellent customer service.

Excellent service team, prompt and thorough. I say good value - the BMW parts are pricey but these guys are always super helpful and the parts are high quality. They have a great cafe across the street where you can eat while you wait for your bike as well.
