I came to make a withdrawal on 12/1 for $45. The teller Leo for some reason thought i said "$4,500" and made the withdrawal on my account. After reversing the transaction now i am told that i can't get my money back until next week.... this is absolutely ridiculous. avoid this branch!!!!!

Always long lines and two tellers open maximum. Other associates just wondering around and not assisting with long line
