“After waiting for 3 different companies for over three hours to address a dead battery on our GLE 450 (none were able to help us), Ramon from Bill and Wags rescued us. We learned the hard way that when the battery dies in a newer Mercedes, the car cannot be placed in neutral in order to be towed on a flatbed. Ramon from Bill and Wags was awesome - he knowledgeable, professional and delivered our car and us safely to the dealer. Highly recommend this company!”

Therefore, we must respect and accept the rules of all the authorities, from the smallest HOAs to the federal government, even if it means having to pay 400 dollars to reclaim your own property after having genuinely erred.”
