“Exceptional customer service!! I called the day before Thanksgiving to ask if they had a particular shoe available in a particular size. They did, so I asked of they could set it aside for me to pick up later that day. They offered to hold them until Saturday. I was not able to go on that day or on Black Friday so I went in on Saturday and they actually still had my pair of shoes on hold!! We visit this store almost every other month for first aid supplies, clothes, shoes gifts and other things for my husband, myself and two teenage children. We always find what we need as this place is well stocked.”

She also made sure we were fitted properly so we could make the right choices.had the right fit. Next, Maria made sure we had the proper garment and the right colors. She handled all the dressing rooms very professionally. I was impressed. We checked out with Brianna. She helped us order some items online. She took the time to make sure our online orders were correct .”

“It's been many years since I had done business with Golden Tiger. I was happy to hear they are still in business doing well. Their service was excellent as I worked with their Operations Manager Jennie Lee by email to design and have custom embroidery done on a black belt. The job was done beautifully and in a timely manner. The value was outstanding since I went in to pick it up, they adjusted the pricing for the correct type of belt I had ordered. I am very happy with the overall experience and would highly recommend them for your custom belt embroidery needs.”

“There was an incident at the Ontario Mills on memorial day 2023 of a possible shooter but later might have been a hoax but "My family and I were at pro image sports store in Ontario Mills when everything started. People outside the shop started running and yelling that there was a shooter. The employee at the store we were at took immediate action and was amazing and told us go to the back and in storage room she was absolutely amazing how she handled the situation was amazing and brave and needs to be recognized. Thank you Sandra , Thank you. You kept us safe"”
“My husband and I are on our feet all day some days with work. Jason was looking for a pair that would help his feet he has diabetes. The girl was very friendly and went way beyond to make sure he had the right pair. He is very happy with his choice. While we were there I also got a pair that worked well for me. Thank you”

“Good selection and decent sale prices. Associates also kind and helpful. I was there to exchange a large boy’s tracksuit that was purchased during Christmas weekend. It was 2 days past the return window for purchase date but all I wanted was an exchange to a men’s size tracksuit. They honored the exchange/store credit. During the holidays, the cashier stuffed each gift receipt in the pockets of the items I purchased but when they opened the pocket on the boys tracksuit it was not the correct receipt. I never looked in the pockets but she told me that each item would have a gift receipt in the pocket. Luckily, she remembered the transaction and they used the transaction date on the incorrect receipt to locate the receipt for the actual return. I was able to find a comparable item to exchange.”

“I went into this store this morning and was greeted by tall African American employee (I didn't get his name) he was very polite and had great customer service as I was looking for all black huarache in size 11.5 which they did not have / he let me know that champs at Victoria gardens had that size in stock / he gave them a call and let them know to put them aside for me / he also let me know champs would price match the $74.99 foot locker was selling them for. When arriving to champs they had the shoes put to the side for me and saved about $20 on the price match. Kudos to that employee at footlocker he is bad a** / that is how customer service should be done.”

“Spouse needed new shoes and decided to get 2 pair as there was a promotion. He could only find the black in his size but not the brown. Luis spent a lot of time searching to find a pair. The computer said they had 1 pair but they were inot going to be found. Luis did eventually find them and spouse was very happy with such great service. Thank you for going the extra mile with a smile.”

She even made multiple trips to the back to get me various styles to choose from. I not only bought two different pairs of shoes, but also an accessory.
