Walking into the bank was not so great … Samantha had an upsetting face on like she hates her job …. Anyways waited to get seen and luckily a lovely young lady goes by T helped me and was very nice ?

The location is always too busy and ATMs are usually out of service. Not sure if they need to hire more people or what it is with this branch, but it's like a big waste of time to just get simple transactions done. The staff are the only good thing about this location.

Navy federal Credit Union. Great branch. I love that you don't have to wait to get your new Debit card in the mail. You can pick it up on the spot at the branch.
