Cassandra should be employee of the month every month!!!
My husband and I returned the original vehicle due to concerns with the rental. Cassandra was understanding of our concerns and patient with helping us find an alternative vehicle.
We left happy meeting her. She made the Hertz experience!

This Hertz location helped me out after getting a flat tire on my rental car. Very friendly and helpful with a personal touch. Great service and very quick, I was in and out in no time. Even got some great tips for delicious donuts! Thank you again, really appreciate it :)

This local branch don’t answer calls at all. I have problems with my rental and been trying for a day to contact them there’s no answer in their contact number.
