Quick easy process from picking up to dropping off.

Juan was helpful. I have rented it from Sacramento area. While I was driving to southern cal, engine shut off while I was driving. LAX refused to swap but Juan took care of me. This is the real customer service. You guys are lucky to have Juan as your employee and manager.
