“I bought a 2014 ram 1500 with a 5.7 hemi. Beautiful truck, But when I got it Home the check engine light appeared . It Through the code P0463 which was the fuel pump apparently. Then it started dying at stop signs..Everything was fine with the truck until I got it home then these issues arose. So I Took it to Sean at Thamas automotive repair . The price I thought was very affordable compared to other shops in the area. I was kind of skeptical at first but after talking to Sean, I could tell he was very knowledgeable .He had me up and running in a couple hours. Sean went above and beyond to make sure I Wouldn’t be back in a couple days. It’s been a full week and no issues .I think everybody is skeptical when Getting work done on vehicles. but Sean is super knowledgeable and very easy to talk too.He actually listen to me so thank you very much Sean. I will be taking my vehicles to you From now on..? I highly recommend..”
“I will never go anywhere else! So glad this company is in network for progressive, i have a luxury car and someone tore my door handle off trying to get in. They made every step so easy and understandable, the receptionist is amazing so friendly every time you speak with her, so sweet. My car looks absolutely amazing and they did a bunch of little things when they were inside of it that showed they cared and respected my property. It was very evident my baby was in good hands and like I said I will never go anywhere else! Oh did I mention the work they do on your car comes with lifetime warranty!!! If that specific thing malfunctions head on back ?”
“Very courteous, friendly staff who made the process more efficient and less stressful or intimidating. The windshield replacement was said to take about 2 hours and it was completed a few minutes early. Although I was told to arrive at least 10 minutes before the appointment, I ran 1-2 min late due to an errand and was glad it wasn't too big of an issue. The lady who helped with the checkout process was also very accommodating regarding a discount that couldn't be applied when making the appointment online. She applied it in-person and I appreciated her patience and positive attitude. The gentlemen who also worked on the car and had me check in were also very friendly and so far, they did a great job on the windshield replacement and windshield wipers. However, they didn't run me through the do's and don'ts after the replacement...”
“My bedroom window broke and I called different places but they all told me it would be scheduled for the next day. I urgently needed it fixed since it's December and very cold. I called Pacific Glass Services and the man I spoke to said he could come by the same day for an estimate and replacement. Took him a while to get here for the estimate but once he left, he came back within an hour and he replaced my bedroom window. Extremely satisfied and pricing was great!”
