“We discovered an 8 week old kitten hiding under the hood of my car the other day and took her in to Fire Mountain Vet to make sure she was ok. They were more than diligent when having us seen and took great care of our kitten. They even inspired us to give her the name "Turbo" which we loved ?❤️ They also gave us some kitten food and a carrier to take her home in ? all in all we're so grateful for their care and can't recommend taking your pet here enough!”
“The girls are very nice, I know they are very busy but they always greet you with a smile. One of the tech is so sweet with my pup Zoe. I always feel comfortable leaving her. My only frustration is scheduling. I really don’t mean to be a brat but I get told different things every time. Recently I have been told twice that their last appointments they do (every day) is 4:30 but they advertise on the wall that the office closes at 6. I understand that there has to be availability but, I've been scheduling 5-5:45 appointments since Sept 2023. It’s upsetting to be kinda gaslit when I’m just trying to get care for my dog after I’m off work at 4:30p or 5p. The staff is great otherwise and that’s why we keep going to this location.”
“This is for the Vetco at this petco. Dr Rodriguez was amazing with my cat. She was so gracious and kind to us. She explained everything to us in the most sincere tone and didn't try to push anything unnecessary on us. She made me want to take all my pets here just for her only. Dr. Rodriguez is the best vet I have ever encountered and she truly cares about your pet. Thank you so much for helping our Munchkin cat and taking such good care of him and thank you for treating us with such respect.”

“Got a free exam from SD humane society at downtown. But do notice if you Uber here from La Jolla, the cost is 100 dollars including back and forward, which is almost the cost for one exam. I wash SD humane society allows a hospital that is nearby.”

“My dog started vomiting non stop. Was referred here by my normal vet who couldn't fit us in. We received fast courteous care. Everything was explained and different choices were given with prices outlined. The prices were very fair for the services received. I would definitely return.”
