Vanessa is fun! and funny! and a great teacher! this is a great place to learn pilates. I was terrified when I first went there. I wanted to learn but I wasn't sure I could do it. Vanessa is excellent at teaching a group with various abilities. She knows how to make it work for you. I highly recommend Pilates V.
